HOW THE GIFT LIST WORKS -CONTINUED
The first 5 families on the list are eligible to have their presents delivered by Santa and Mrs. Claus on Christmas Day.
We will contact the families as we buy and schedule Santa's special visit. In the event that we cannot contact the winners or the special visit cannot be arranged we will keep working our way down the list until we can confirm a maximum of 5 Santa visits.
Under normal circumstances we will not be delivering presents until after we confirm 5 Santa visits unless you notify us and "opt out". We understand that there may be circumstances that prevent and will work with you on it. We just want to make sure you have the opportunity to have the presents delivered by Santa.
We reserve the right to revise the above as needed, but I think I have covered everything.
